You have received our message because your house is heated with heat from Vattenfall, but you have not signed a contract with us yet. 

Vattenfall Heat is a carefree solution to a warm house and warm tapwater without needing a boiler. Heat is distributed to your home via an underground district heating network. Vattenfall owns this network. We ensure a safe and reliable heat delivery.  

Prevent a heat cut-off

At the moment you are not registered as a customer. However, you do make use of our heat network. We want to prevent having to cut off the heat delivery to your address. Register now to stay ensured of a warm home.  

Do you prefer to have contact over the phone? You can also call us at 0900 0808 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 and 15.00h. If you do not have a Dutch simcard, call us on +31268450271  (international).

I have a question

I am already a Vattenfall consumer?

If you have already registered for heat from Vattenfall, you don't have to do anything. However, if you are registered for electricity only, you still need to register for heat. 

I have a contract with a different supplier?

Perhaps you have registered with a different supplier. This can be the case for electricity. For heat we are the only available supplier on your address. To maintain heat you need to register. 

 

I pay rent including utilities?

Please contact your landlord as soon as possible. Ask your landlord to register urgently to prevent a cut-off. 

What happens if I do not register?

If you do not register now, we are forced to cut off the delivery of heat on your address. You will not have heat anymore, as well as warm tapwater. There is no gas connection in your home. 

Am I too late?

Possibly you have received multiple messages from us. We ask you to urgently contact us to prevent a cut-off. You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 and 15.00h on 0900 0808 (Dutch sim card required) or on +31268450271  (internationally available).
